Viralhouse.co User Agreement

1. Parties
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Viralhouse.co ("Company") and users who receive services through www.viralhouse.co ("Site") ("User").

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement is made to regulate the rights and obligations that may arise in the scope of the services provided by the Site to the User.

3. Scope of Service
The Company provides influencer marketing services to the User. These services may include influencer selection, campaign management, and reporting.

4. User Obligations
The User agrees to comply with all laws and this Agreement while using the Site. The User undertakes not to misuse the services provided through the Site and not to damage the reputation of the Company.

5. Confidentiality
The User agrees not to share any information obtained from the Site with third parties. Details related to confidentiality are outlined in the Privacy Policy attached to this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, and software on the Site belong to the Company. The User may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without permission.

7. Termination of the Agreement
The parties have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement. However, the obligations arising from the activities carried out by the User up to the moment of termination will continue.

8. Resolution of Disputes
Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul.

9. Effective Date
This Agreement becomes effective upon the User's registration on the Site.
